Great support from the local team

The boat was in good condition, clean and ready ahead of the expected time of departure. All equipments on-board were in good condition and fully functional, the local team was also very helpfull to facilitate efficiently the the check.in and out process.

Possible improvements..
Only small supermarkets near the base, so an option to stock boats with bulky stuff i.e. bottled water, wine & beer would be useful.
Quite some growth on the hull, costs a lot of speed. I understand that the time between bookings is not there, but some sort of shared cleaning system shouldn't be beyond the reach of all the charter firms operating out of Palma
Berth booking systems in the islands are all over the place, portsib & caib useful, but took a while to discover they are needed and how to use them. An extra chapter in the charter handbook would be useful.
Amount of info needed at each marina is time consuming and frustrating. Surely one app or a standard single photocopied sheet set up in Palma with the info should work for all ports / marinas

Très bon accueil et loueur à l'écoute et disponible. Inventaire complet et rapide, beaucoup d'informations données par le loueur et vérification complète des voiles, électronique et coque. Première et dernière nuit au port intégrée au prix initial. Pas de surprise en fin de location.

En general el viaje ha sido genial, destino, puertos, clima, pero por especificar un poco más:
- Latitud Cero: un trato muy amable, simplemente son geniales, amables, y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
- Cyclades 39.3: el velero navega rápido y está bien equipado pero el interior es algo viejo, aunque lo compensa siendo algo más económico. Lo mejor, tener dos ruedas de timón lo que facilita mucho bañarse y estar en la cubierta y bañera. Lo peor, el camarote de proa es pequeño, algo viejo y ruidoso.
-Mallorca: buen clima y muchísimos club náuticos y puertos deportivos, y mas familiar que otras islas (Ibiza o Menorca)

Wszystko odbyło się zgodnie z oczekiwaniami. Jach bardzo dobrze przygotowany. Stan techniczny bez zarzutu. Dostępność armatora bardzo wysoka. Obsługa w języku polskim - Adam - bardzo pomocny i profesjonalny :). Polecam serdecznie!

Yachthafen in bester Lage - nur wenige Minuten bis in die Altstadt.
Sehr nette vercharterer, Boot trotz des relativ hohen Alters in einem sehr guten Zustand.

Le chef de base nous a très bien accueilli, ils ont réceptionnés les courses sur le ponton pour nous car nous n'étions pas la lors de la livraison, le bateau était très bien préparé. Nous avons eu plein de conseils de navigation avant de partir pour connaitre les bons spots et les endroits à éviter.
Durant la navigation à la moindre question nous avions les réponses pas WhatsApp en moins de 10 minutes.

Hemos pasado unos días extraordinarios, en un mar increíble, recorriendo lugares hermosos.con mi mujer y otra pareja amiga.
La recepción fue excelente, todo estuvo muy bien coordinado y el barco estaba en perfecto estado.
