Circumnavigate Majorca

Communication was good throughout and and having arrived the day before we were able to complete the handover of the boat by early afternoon.
The boat sailed well and and the engine performed impeccably.
Apart from a Ricky kettles the boat was well equipped and all our needs were catered for.

We've been sailing for a week. We departed at Palma and stayed at Sa Rapita, Port Colom, the Cabrera Islands, and back via Port Adriano. The whether was nice (3-4 beaufort, sunny). Cabrera has impressed us the most : its natural beauty and rough clifs. The boat (cyclades 43.4) was properly maintained. A very professional crew under the supervision of José and Montse supported us when asked for. They provided us with a lot of good tips to visit & to have a meal. We all look back to our succesfull sailing trip.

This was hands down my best charter experience ever. Yes, the boat was from 2008, but I knew that when I booked, and the price was fair. And: The boat was in very good shape and well maintained. But what I likes most about Montse and Jose was their communication and service. The whole staff is responsive and friendly. We had the boat for 5 weeks and had two issues: Once the sail tore and a week later the 12 V adapter stopped working - things that happen on every boat. Everytime I immediately sent Montse a text and when we entered the harbor 3 hours later a technician was already waiting at the pier with new sails and fixed everything within 30 mins. Everybody was friendly and nothing was charged for.
If I ever come to the Balearic Islands again I will 100 percent charter with Jose and Montse. Thanks for the great time!

Un plus sur l’accueil: accompagnement technique complet pour faire le tour du bateau et avce le tout le tps qu'il faut
Whatsapp pour nous aider en cours de route, J'aii reçu un msg m’annonçant de orages violents mercredi et me conseillant de couper Electronique ce que j'ai fait!
Et au retour prise en charge de la manœuvre au port par des techniciens, ensuite plongée sous la coque pour vérifier l'état du bateau.
